Viewing my Direct Reports Assessments

To access to a report as a Manager:

As a manager, you will be able to access your shared reports on the User homepage under the View Reports section.
If a direct report shares an assessment with you, you will get notified through an email.

Follow the instructions on the email to log in to the User homepage and access the reports: 

1. Access the User homepage through the magic link shared to your email. 

2. Go to the View Reports section.

3. You will see the shared reports listed, locate the report to view.

4. Click on the Report icon.

5. Then you will be redirected to the Heatmap report page. 

6. You can navigate through the report sections by clicking on the report links at the top of the page.
