Guide to Nominating 360 Assessment Participants

The designated approver will receive one notification per request for nomination when the 360 assessment is kicked off.

Open

The approver can click on the Nominate button to receive a login link to access the application to view all nominee lists assigned to them.

To add a nominee during the approval process:

1. Go to the User homepage and scroll down to the Approve Nominees section.

2. Click on .

3. You will be redirected to the Nominate Participant page.

4. Then click on +Add nominee.

5. Select an option from the dropdown list (e.g., Internal or External).

6. If selected Internal:

   1. Relation and Name fields are displayed.

   2. Click on Relation and select an option from the dropdown list (e.g., Self, Manager, Peers, Direct Reports, Other Internal, etc.).

   3. Go to Name and click on it.

   4. Enter the user’s name in the Search user field in the dropdown menu.

   5. Select the user from the search results.

   6. Click Add.

7. If selected External:

   1. Complete the following fields:

   2. First Name (required)

   3. Last Name (required)

   4. Email (required)

   5. Click Add.

8. Repeat the process to add more nominees.

9. Once you are done, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Nominate button.

10. An update confirmation pops up and the next approver should receive the email notification to access the User homepage and approve and/or edit the nominee list.
