Make sure comment questions responses are “Saved” by clicking the Save button.

I cannot open the survey.

If the survey page is not loading properly, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache and cookies. If the problem persists, it may be due to compatibility issues with your browser. Try accessing the survey using a different browser or device.

How do I know if my responses were successfully submitted?

After submitting your responses, you should receive a confirmation message or see a confirmation page indicating that your answers were received.

To verify submission, refresh the page. If your answers were successfully submitted, a pop-up message confirming the submission should appear. If not, you should see the survey page with your answers preserved. Click on the submit button to finalize and trigger the confirmation message.

If you're unsure whether your responses went through, check your email for a confirmation message or contact the survey administrator for verification.

Can I save my progress and return to the survey later?

If you accidentally closed the survey before finishing it or just weren’t able to finish it, don't worry. Your progress will be automatically saved, allowing you to pick up where you left off. Try reopening the survey link and look for an option to resume or continue where you left off.
