Do you need help with creating a Survey?

Step 1: Submit a request

Please complete the request form to help us understand your survey requirements and the type of support you need from the HRV Team.

Once your request form is submitted, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a discovery call with you!

Step 2: Discovery Call

  • During the call, the HRV team will:

    • Collect and review your survey requirements.

    • Create a project plan outlining key deliverables and deadlines.

    • Review reporting requirements.

    • Discuss the next steps.

Step 3: Review and Approve Mock Survey

  • The customer will review the mock survey and provide feedback.

  • The HRV team will modify the survey based on customer feedback.

  • Once the client signs off on the mock survey, the HRV team will migrate it to the customer’s production environment.

Step 4: Survey Go-Live

  • If you are an HR Admin, you can monitor the participation rate and contact HRV for support as required (e.g., survey extension, survey email update, etc.).

  • Suppose you don’t have admin access to the HRV application. In that case, you will receive regular updates from the HRV team on the survey participation rate. You will also coordinate with our team to update survey settings such as survey closed date or email reminder notification.

Step 5: Survey Close and Reporting & Analytics

  • HR Admins can access real-time survey data directly from the HRV application.

  • Custom reports can be generated upon request by the customer or HR Admins.
